How to Claim your Extended Warranty
First Ensure your Manufacturer Warranty is registered.
How to Register Your Warranty:
1. Go to our website: https://support.roborock.com.au
2. Click on the "Register My Product" button for the first-time registration.Or if you are a return customer, you can click on the "Login to My Account."
3. Click on the "Register Manufacturer Warranty" button.
4. Fill in the product details and personal information. The model’s name must be accurate because it ties in with the serial number. So, the customer must choose the correct model’s name.
5. Review the provided information for accuracy.
6. Submit your registration, and you're all set! You can check your warranty record on the "My Warranty "page.
How to Register your Extended Warranty
1. Upon registration of the original manufacturer’s warranty, the system will issue a Warranty Certificate for the customer.
2. To claim the Extended Warranty, The Customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (please put the email subject “Claim My Extended Warranty”)and submit the Warranty Certificate.
3. The Support Team will adjust the warranty and include the additional Extended Warranty from the backend system- the customer will see the Extended warranty has been added to the product info on the “My Warranty Page” within 48 hours upon submission.
4. The Extended Warranty shall commence from the expiration of the original manufacturer's warranty and extend for the agreed-upon duration.
5. This Extended Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.
6. The Extended warranty is applicable to the new purchase customer.
7. The Extended Warranty can be claimed within 30 days of your original manufacturer’s warranty registered.
8. The Customer must buy the product from Roborock Authorized Retailers and Resellers.
9. This Extended Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, or acts of nature.
10. The Customer shall provide all necessary documentation and information requested by the Company to process a claim.
11. The Service Centre will assess the claim, and if deemed valid, will repair, or replace the Product at its discretion.
12. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Company's official website.
13. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the Product.
14. The Warranty covers specified components and parts as outlined in the original manufacturer's Warranty documentation.
15. The Customer shall provide all necessary documentation and information requested by the Service Centre to process a claim.
16. The 1-Year Free Extended Warranty is only valid for the consumers who purchase the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra or Roborock Q Revo during Black Friday Promotion (20th Nov to 27th Nov, 2023).
