A non-refundable $99.00 (incl. GST) assessment fee applies to all robot vacuum inspections. This fee covers a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, including:
After the inspection, our technicians will provide a detailed repair or service quotation outlining labour, parts (if required), and any additional cleaning or sanitation charges.
If you approve the repair or service, the $99 assessment fee will be deducted from the total repair cost.
If you decide not to proceed, 100% of the fee can be credited toward the purchase of a new or refurbished unit.

If your robot vacuum is showing reduced suction performance or shorter-than-usual run times, it likely needs routine maintenance—such as internal cleaning or brush module servicing.
However, if it's beeping continuously, displaying error codes, not charging, or making unusual noises, these are signs of a possible fault and may require repair. An inspection will help determine the exact issue.
We recommend having your unit serviced approximately every twelve months depending on several factors including:
– Dirt and dust levels
– Sensitive sufferers in the home
– Pets and pet hair
– Environmental factors including dust levels
– Frequency of use
Our robot vacuum service covers full internal maintenance to keep your unit performing at its best. This includes:
– Full disassembly of the vacuum
– Rebuilding and cleaning of the cleaning head module
– Re-lubrication and testing of gearboxes and brush drives
– Thorough cleaning of all wheels (left, right, front)
– Sensor and brush cleaning throughout the unit
– Cleaning of front bumper and drop sensors
– Deep clean and rebuild of the dust bin
– Battery charge cycling to help improve runtime
– Testing on both hard and soft floor types to ensure optimal performance
Once we receive and book your unit, our technician will carry out an assessment and get in touch within 7–14 business days with a repair estimate for your approval before any work begins.

We regularly receive cleaners from all over Australia. To get started, please contact us with the make and model of your cleaner and a brief description of the issue. We will do our best to provide a general idea of the problem and a preliminary quote before you send the unit. However, please note that the final quote may vary after the unit has been inspected.
When sending your cleaner, include the robot, station, and any parts we specifically request. You can ship it via courier or Australia Post, using a sturdy box for protection. Inside, please include a piece of paper with the following information:

We’re happy to discuss the best packaging and shipping methods with you individually to ensure the unit is transported safely without risk of damage.
For all repairs undertaken by our team, the warranty terms are as followed:
3 months on labour
12 months on parts and batteries
If agreed upon prior, second hand parts carry a warranty term between 3-6 months.
Occasionally we do offer refurbished units, which include a complete service, new parts and a limited warranty. Please contact us to discuss or have a look at what is on offer in our shop.
